With a degree in civil engineering and a former musician of many years our Construction Manager, Brad, is a self-proclaimed creative efficiency nerd. He leads our Project Managers and is responsible for the overall building process, eliminating issues before they arise and continually finding ways to build better homes. You can often find Brad sketching out details on a scrap piece of lumber. Brad drinks way too much coffee.

Growing up in the construction industry has taught Milan many life lessons; hard work, commitment, an eye for craftsmanship, and how to manage people. Milan has spent his career building luxury custom homes in some of Southern California’s most exclusive areas. Fascinated with how technology will change the building industry, Milan strives to pioneer the modern building process. With many years of field experience across multiple trades, combined with his ability to communicate with the likes of architects, engineers, and designers Milan specializes in creating a well-informed and efficient job site where quality is never compromised.

Ryan is a proud Middle Tennessee native and second-generation builder with 18 years of experience building homes across the area. Growing up around job sites, he developed an early appreciation for quality work, strong relationships, and doing things the right way — values he carries into every project at Build Nashville.

Whether coordinating schedules and budgets, solving on-site challenges, or talking through a client’s vision, Ryan brings warmth, grit, and a Tennessee-rooted perspective to every build.

When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find Ryan rooting on the Tennessee Volunteers, supporting Nashville SC and the Tennessee Titans, or cheering even louder for his own kids at their games. He values physical fitness, loves being outdoors, and believes teamwork, discipline, and community are just as important at home as they are on a job site.

Preconstruction Manager & Estimator

With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Raul brings deep experience in preconstruction, estimating, and project planning across multifamily and residential development. Known for digging into plans, details, and budgets with a sharp, problem-solving mindset, he helps teams identify risks early and build smarter from day one. Raul is equally recognized for building strong relationships and earning trust with trade partners and project teams — a reputation that once earned him the nickname “Mayor of Rapid City” for his ability to connect with the local subcontractor community and help launch new projects successfully.

Raul’s passion for construction began during a college work-study role at UC Berkeley installing low-voltage systems in a microfabrication laboratory, where he developed an early appreciation for how projects come together behind the scenes. Raised in South Central Los Angeles and later the San Francisco Bay Area, he relocated to the Nashville area six years ago. Outside of work, Raul enjoys spending time with wife and three kids and cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers, Raiders, and his alma mater, the California Golden Bears.

Elena’s passion for Interior Design expanded when she got her degree from Watkins College of Art & Design. Elena journeyed her way from tile design, home remodels & flooring sales to full time Interior Design in the Builder world. She wholeheartedly loves what she does and gets excited about every home she’s a part of! Working with Clients and expanding their design dreams is one of the best parts! She grew up in East TN, but has lived in North Nashville majority of her life. She and her husband have a sweet little girl who keeps them busy, and they enjoy spending time outside exploring nature any chance they have! “Being a part of such a skilled, caring team has made me love what I do even more!” “Gratitude and Kindness is everyday practice I live by.”

Accounting Manager 
Allison hails from Ohio and attended THE Ohio State University before heading west to California, where she began her career in property management and commercial construction. After a birthday trip to Nashville, she spotted the city’s potential early and brought her big-city pace to one of the country's fastest-growing cities.

With nearly a decade in commercial real estate, Allison is now returning to her roots in residential development. At Build Nashville, Allison brings her Excel superpowers and sharp eye for detail, helping streamline financial processes so budgets are accurate, subcontractors are paid on time, and construction stays on schedule.

Jessica Latimer is a designer with over a decade years of experience in residential construction. As Director of Marketing and Operations at Build Nashville, she supports company growth through marketing strategy, operations, client experience, and business development, while bringing a strong eye for design and detail to every project.

Outside of work, Jessica embraces creativity, travel, and adventure. After spending three years living nomadically throughout Mexico and Central America, she continues to pursue a lifestyle centered around exploration, the outdoors, and discovering great local coffee shops wherever she goes.

Matt’s roots in construction stem back to his childhood, where he grew up learning the trade from his father who was a commercial builder. For over Seven years he has provided the reliability, communication and sense of humor to thrive at Build Nashville. If you enjoy the nostalgia of 90s rap, Matt will happily sing along with you.

Born and raised in East TN, Wes grew up playing sports, working on the farm or family job sites . Father of 3 soon to be 4, die hard VOLS fan, and avid outdoorsman. He loves extreme adventures like skydiving, bungee jumping and rock climbing!

Wes has made a living playing music and writing songs for the last 15 years. Before that, a backpacking and whitewater guide in the Rockies. Travel is a big passion and with music, he’s been to 47 states & 19 countries . Proud to have a number 1 song and honored to do several USO/AFE tours for troops overseas. Wes still play music 4 nights a week with his band, owns an outdoor company called Tennessee Adventures based in middle TN, and he’s so excited to be pursing yet another passion with our Build Nashville team in the construction world!

Shelton Slack is a skilled woodworker based in Nashville, Tennessee, and a new addition to the team at Build Nashville. Known for his precision, creativity, and dedication to quality, Shelton crafts everything from custom doors to standout furniture pieces with care and craftsmanship. Outside of work, Shelton is a serial hobbyist with a wide range of creative passions. He builds LEGO sets, plays music, maintains intricate aquariums, practices Jiu Jitsu, and is soon diving into the art of bonsai. Whether in the shop, the gym, or the studio, Shelton brings patience, passion, and artistry to everything he takes on. Go Vols

Brianna’s passion for interior design stems from her love of thoughtful details, architectural character, and creating spaces that feel elevated and inviting. Originally from Indiana, she attended the Art Institute of Dallas, where she cultivated her passion for interior design and technical drafting. Her background in both has shaped a strong appreciation for proportion, materiality, and intentional detail.

From CAD drawings and modeling to finish selections and visual presentations, Brianna enjoys transforming ideas into homes that feel personal and intentional. Her design style is inspired by timeless materials, earthy tones, and spaces that feel warm, lived in, and refined.

Outside of design, Brianna enjoys staying active, traveling, photography, and spending time with her husband and two pups, Connor and Bentley.

Aubri brings with her over a decade of assisting experience. She grew up in Kentucky where she owned a bakery business and worked in the education system. When she isn’t working hard in the office, she’s found enjoying time with her three children and husband. Whether they are watching sports, traveling or playing games there’s a competitive nature and laughter amongst them.

Jacob is a proud father of three and an avid outdoorsman. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping. A lifelong fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers, Jacob combines his love for family, sports, and the outdoors in everything he does.

Elijah grew up in Bloomington Indiana. He was a 3 sport athlete in high school playing football, basketball, shot put in track and field, and eventually playing college football. He’s a huge advocate for the sport of strongman, having competed in the Music City Strongman Classic, as well as an outdoor enthusiast. He gained most of his construction experience building decks in Colorado, as well as home renovations.

Adrian, a Murfreesboro native and recent MTSU Business graduate, excelled as a dual athlete in high school, participating in football and wrestling. A gym enthusiast and outdoorsman, he enjoys activities like kayaking, jet skiing, and wakeboarding. Adrian’s loyal companion is Luna, his 90-pound American Akita. With a background in construction, he gained valuable experience working alongside his father on various job sites.

She balances imaginative thinking with sharp organizational skills in her day-to-day—and she’s always up for a new adventure. When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her at the gym, catching up with friends over good food, or soaking up sunshine somewhere outside.

Austin Reese is a Nashville native who brings a relationship first approach to luxury homebuilding. With a background in project management, client relations, hospitality, and market development, Austin is passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their dogs. He also loves hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.

Matthew’s path to construction wasn’t exactly linear – but it was always meant to be. He grew up on job sites alongside his dad, a custom home builder in Southern Indiana, learning the trades from the ground up. After moving to Nashville 15 years ago, he built a career in residential construction, managing everything from infill builds to custom renovations. Before joining the team, he ran his own remodeling company, blending craftsmanship with client care. 

A veteran and cancer survivor, Matthew’s also an award-winning competitive shooter, bourbon guy, and die-hard fan of Notre Dame, Nashville SC—and the Preds. He and his wife, Katie, live in Nashville with their three dogs, love to travel, and don’t take life too seriously—there’s always something to laugh about. At work, Matthew brings job site experience you can trust, an eye for detail, and just the right amount of humor to keep things moving.

Zack Stacy is a 5th generation carpenter and proud of it. From Racine, WI , He Carries the pride of the work he does on his sleeve. Zack moved to Nashville in 2014 playing music and looking for better weather and continued his passion for carpentry and construction.

As a quality control specialist, Skyler supports our project managers in the field, liaising closely with trades and overseeing the work progress necessary for on-time completions. With 7 years in construction and a knack for detail, he outperforms in closing tasks and finishing touches. Skyler enjoys spending time visiting his friends and family back home in Indiana, where he recently moved from. His love for music, traveling, sports, and a good ole’ lake day, goes unmatched.

Cale Wilson was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, where his family has deep roots spanning more than 150 years. Growing up around the trades, Cale was influenced early by his grandfather, a plumber and electrician, and gained hands-on experience working in several trades including plumbing, concrete, and remodeling.

With more than 20 years of combined experience in the construction industry—10 years in the trades and another 10 years managing projects—Cale brings both technical expertise and practical field knowledge to every job. His background allows him to approach projects with a strong understanding of craftsmanship, efficiency, and quality execution.

Outside of work, Cale enjoys spending time with his son, Korbin, along with their two dogs, Eleanor and Rigby, and their cat, Kiki. He and his partner Hannah love catching live music, traveling whenever they get the chance, and exploring national parks. A lifelong Tennessee native, Cale is also an avid fan of the Vols and the Titans and enjoys spending as much time outdoors with friends and family as possible.
